On the afternoon of March 12, Haytham Zamzami, Vice President of the Company, met with Mr. Cai Yingqiang, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Company, and his delegation to discuss optimization of material procurement and future cooperation directions.

During the meeting, both parties briefly reviewed their history of friendly cooperation, commended the mutual support and trust over the years, and exchanged experiences on topics such as joint material reserves, coordinated procurement, inventory optimization, consignment management, and quality control. They also focused on discussing the difficulties and pain spots in the current procurement model, conducting in-depth analysis on enhancing supply assurance capabilities and reducing procurement costs.

Both parties unanimously agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism, seek closer cooperation in joint procurement and raw material mutual supply, and jointly explore new models and channels to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, thereby better addressing market fluctuations and challenges.
